How do the demo and trial work?
Every trial starts with a free demo. Then try it for 2 months at our 1-year price, $299/mo, with no long-term commitment. If it's not a fit, you walk away. Setup, training and tablets are free.
What happens after the trial?
Choose any option or continue month-to-month: month-to-month $399/mo (30 days' notice), 6 months $349/mo, 1 year $299/mo, or 2 years $249/mo with the price locked.
Will my price go up when I renew?
No. Renew and keep your price: sign up for the same plan again and your monthly price stays the same.
Can you add features for our clinic?
Support, fixes and small changes are included. Big new features are quoted separately, so you always know the price first.
Can you also look after our clinic's computers?
Yes. Clinics and medical offices use Business Priority: unlimited online help, same-day help, 20% off onsite visits and free computer setup, for $149/mo for the first computer and +$59/mo for each extra, on the same bill.
